Oh, How Stimulating!

Our economic stimulus rebate just arrived. It snuck (sneaked?) in ever so quietly into our bank account this morning without so much as a gong or trumpet fanfare or 21-gun salute.

In addition to a puppy and puppy supplies, we anticipate stimulating the economy by spending the rest of the money on cheese...and maybe some crackers.

When our tax rebate arrived in our account, we got a kind phone call from the bank telling us that it was here. Da-dada-da!

Neener neener neener, our SSN is lower than yours, so our $$ was deposited last week. And, we will be stimulating Taiwan's economy with all $1500 of it. Thank you, American Government, for supporting our international adoption. Snneerrrrrrkkkkkkkkk...

Our tax rebate was used to pay off our van loan. Now we'll have more money each month to "stimulate the economy" with. Whoo-hoo!

Nasty little rebate check (spoken in the voice of Gollum).
We THOUGHT we were getting ours this past Friday, but for some dadblasted reason, the lovely IRS decided we needed to wait for the paper variety (even though we DID do direct deposit).
GRRRRRRRR!
But I am happy you guys got yours. :D

Scott,

You mention cheese quite a bit. Please tell us about your favorite cheeses. ;-)

Still waiting to see how stimulated we're going to be. But I do know it's going straight to the dentist. Neat.
